	Third, the system function
	The en-route supervision platform is responsible for the information exchange with the logistics electronic lock, completes the classification, recording and forwarding of various information, and monitors and manages the entire network status. The system adopts China Mobile Network and GIS (Geographic Information System) to realize the monitoring and intelligent dispatch of vehicles and improve the management level of vehicles. The monitoring cloud platform can respond to and handle emergencies, and provide processing measures such as tracking and positioning and remote control.
	The main function:
	4 Vehicle position monitoring: It can monitor the current position, driving direction and driving speed of all controlled vehicles in real time.
	4 track playback function: The monitoring center can return to the vehicle history and track record at any time during the custom time.
	4 Alarm function: Overspeed alarm, area alarm, the speed value of the controlled vehicle exceeding the preset speed of the monitoring center and the area exceeding or entering the preset will give corresponding alarm to the supervision center.

	On-the-road supervision platform automatically records vehicle travel track data and lock status data.
	In the transportation, the logistics electronic lock detects the logistics electronic lock that locks the door in real time, and can transfer the status information and the perceived information (such as malicious damage) of the electronic lock to the monitoring platform through the electronic lock of the logistics.
	The en-route supervision platform automatically controls (if necessary, manually) the locking of the logistics electronic lock according to the pre-set transportation plan, and automatically reaches the designated area (manually if necessary) to control the opening of the logistics electronic lock.
